How Casino Hold'em works
Casino Hold'em is a head-to-head card game between you and the dealer. The game begins when you place an ante bet. You receive two cards face-down; the dealer also receives two cards, one face-up. Five community cards are dealt in stages: three cards first (the flop), then one more (the turn), and finally one more (the river).
At any point, you decide to fold (losing your ante) or play (matching your ante with a call bet). The dealer then reveals their hole cards. Hands are ranked using standard poker rankings: high card, pair, two pair, three of a kind, straight, flush, full house, four of a kind, straight flush. If your final hand beats the dealer's hand, you win. If the dealer qualifies with a pair or better, payouts are determined by hand strength. If the dealer doesn't qualify (less than a pair), your ante pays even money and your call bet is returned.
Casino Hold'em appeals to players who know poker hand rankings but prefer a faster, simpler format than traditional multi-player tables.

To access Casino Hold'em, log into your idbet account and navigate to the Live Dealer section. Casino Hold'em tables are listed by dealer name, studio location, and current stake range. Payment methods and Casino Hold'em funding
Your Casino Hold'em balance is part of your main idbet account wallet. Deposits via QRISe-walletmobile bankinglocal payment, online payment virtual account, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment all feed the same balance. This means you can deposit via one method and use that balance across all services on idbet—whether you're playing Casino Hold'em, betting on Liga 1, or accessing slot games.
When you request a withdrawal after playing Casino Hold'em, our system routes the payout to the payment method you originally deposited with. If you funded via online payment, your withdrawal processes through e-wallet. If you used a mobile banking virtual account from your office in Medan, the payout returns to local payment. This keeps withdrawals simple and reduces fraud risk.
During high-traffic periods or major holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, payment processing may experience online paymentef delays as banks manage volume. e-wallet and mobile banking deposits are typically instant; bank transfers (local payment, online payment) may queue for several hours depending on bank operating windows. Our support team tracks these delays and updates you if your deposit or withdrawal is pending longer than usual.
Account verification for Casino Hold'em players
Before you can withdraw from Casino Hold'em winnings, your account must pass identity verification. You'll upload a copy of your national ID (KTP) or passport, and optionally a selfie holding the document. Our verification team reviews the document and confirms it matches the name and address on your account. This process typically completes within one business day.
While verification is pending, you can place Casino Hold'em bets and watch hands, but any withdrawal request will be paused until your identity is confirmed. Some users in Surabaya, Bandung, and other regions ask whether they can participate without verifying first. The answer is yes, but you won't be able to cash out until the verification step is complete. We recommend uploading your ID the moment you open your account, even if you don't plan to withdraw immediately.
Disputes and hand reviews
If you believe a Casino Hold'em hand was settled incorrectly, you can file a dispute through the support portal. Provide the hand ID (visible in your session history), the specific dispute (e.g., "dealer's hand was miscalculated"), and any notes. Our disputes team retrieves the hand video and card record, verifies the settlement against the rules, and either confirms the result or corrects your account.
Appeals of dispute decisions are reviewed by a different team member and take an additional 10 business days. If a systematic error is discovered (e.g., a bug in the payout calculation), idbet corrects all affected hands across all players who were in that table session.
